Meet the Married Man Who Spent N4.3 million on Operations to Make His P*nis Bigger (Photos)
Leon Pastana is a married dad who has had not one but two penis
enlargements spending more than £15,000 (about N4.3m)to add more and two
inches to his willy.
Lorry driver Leon is one of a increasing number of men who is
spending their hard earned cash on increasing the size of their manhood.
The 25-year-old had two operations under general anesthetic to to add length and width.
He said: "In my eyes every man wants to be bigger and stronger ,
if you can have it done have it done. Most women don't need to have
boob jobs but they do.
"Bigger is better, every person is like that, when you look at
weapons and missiles and things like that. I had the lengthening and
the girth done and the results were brilliant, amazing, I had a very
good result out of it and I'm glad I got it done.
"It's porno size. I told them I want a monster, they've given me a monster.
"Everyone wants to be one step better and one step faster. In a
way it's what's destroying the planet, well that's what I think, you
know greed. But don't go and against them, join them, go and get a willy
op done."
He discovered the procedure after being told by friends about it.
He said: "My friends told me on the phone about it so I Googled
it got the number and rung it booked the consultantion. I still didn't
believe it until I went down there.
"At the end of the day you've got what you've got haven't you. And if you've got £6,000 you can have it bigger.
"I've had a very good result especially on the erection, it's porno size. I can't get my hand around it.
"As soon as they had done it I made them unwrap it so I could
have a look, I couldn't wait I was actually quite excited to see the
result, when you spend that kind of money you want to know.
"I send my friends Whatsapp pictures, I tell everybody. It's
like getting a new car you want to show it off. You know they want to
get it done but won't say that."
Leon has ruled out getting a third enlargement as he doesn't want to cross the "abnormal line".
His story is featured in a BBC Three documentary which will be shown next week.
Michael, 65, a pigeon fancier, is among the older men opting for a penis enlargement.
Like Leon he enlisted the services of David Mills from Moorgate
Aesthetics , a company with with officers in London, Manchester,
Birmingham, Leeds and Sheffield, which specialises in the operation.
David explains: "Our signature procedure is penis enlargement and we are famous for it. A lot of the guys I see are not really having it done for their partner it's about confidence.
"They will say I play football, I go to gym, I am there with my
mates, we are getting changed in the changing room and there are no
towels around, I look at my mates and I know my penis is small.
"However a surgeon is a surgeon though not a magician, if a guy
comes in with a two inch flaccid penis and he wants 8 inches he needs a
magician."
Surgeons take fat, process it and inject it on the top and sides of the penis to increase it's width by about 1.5inch.
Afterwards the men have to massage the fat everyday to make sure it is evenly spread
For lengthening the surgeons cut a ligament called a suspensory ligament which releases the extra length of 4/5cm.
Afterwards the men are warned off sexual activity for six weeks so the penis can heal.
The company also give the patients a penis extender which is a
frame which fits over the penis and can be altered to stretch it and add
up to another inch over the next 12 months.
Richard is forthright when asked why he went through the intimate procedure, he said: "I just want a decent dick basically.
"I was 65 in May and want to give myself a birthday present and could do with a bit of extra on my penis and that is about it.
"When you are int he shower they always pick and say look at
Mister Peewee or who knows what and if you get a name like that it
degrades you and makes that person unhappy and at the end of day
everybody want to be happy.
"I think there is stress on men today to look good and have confidence, they want to look like David Beckham."
Although single at the moment he hopes the operation will help him find love.
He says: "I think my relationships would have been better if I
had had it done years ago because it would have given me more confidence
in myself and I would have been more happy and outgoing.
"I think once I have had the operation I will probably travel
more and go abroad more because I feel more comfortable in myself and
when you have shorts on you look good.
"If you've got a good body and you are on the beach then the
women look at you and if you ain't got a body they walk past you and
that's true isn't it.
"I am hoping to find a partner when I have had a operation as I am on my own at the moment. I want someone there for companionship as I get older and I would be quite happy about that."
The documentary shows him delighted to have increased from 4 to 6 inch and 6.5inchs in girth.
