i was driving by in the city of lagos today to my amusement i noticed that loaves of bread how its been sold in the market and there are depos i mean where people come in and buy in retail. the consumption of bread in this country is becoming enormous as if that is the only food we have in this country. i hope this bread issue will not out grow the consumption of rice cos that one is the only food the average Nigerian lives on
